Cada uno de dichos instrumentos tendr\u00e1 un \u00e1mbito de competencia propio, tanto en relaci\u00f3n a la superficie de territorio que abarcan como a las materias y disposiciones que contienen.<br \/>Las normas de la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones y de esta Ordenanza priman sobre las disposiciones contempladas en los Instrumentos de Planificaci\u00f3n Territorial que traten las mismas materias. Asimismo, estos instrumentos constituyen un sistema en el cual las disposiciones del instrumento de mayor nivel, propias de su \u00e1mbito de competencia, tienen primac\u00eda y son obligatorias para los de menor nivel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-accordion-item-1520\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc3c869 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"fc3c869\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-accordion-item-1520\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-881b762 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"881b762\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6ec70c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f6ec70c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ART\u00cdCULO 2.1.2<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f541da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f541da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los Instrumentos de Planificaci\u00f3n Territorial ordenados seg\u00fan su \u00e1mbito de competencia, son los siguientes:<br \/>&#8211; Plan Regulador Intercomunal o Metropolitano<br \/>&#8211; Plan Regulador Comunal<br \/>&#8211; Plan Seccional<br \/>&#8211; L\u00edmite Urbano<br \/>Las comunas que no est\u00e9n normadas por un Plan Regulador Intercomunal o Metropolitano, por un Plan Regulador Comunal o por un Plan Seccional, se regir\u00e1n por las normas de la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones y de esta Ordenanza.<\/p><p>En aquellas zonas urbanas que no est\u00e9n normadas por un Plan Regulador Comunal o un Plan Seccional, situaci\u00f3n aplicable en los casos regulados \u00fanicamente por un l\u00edmite urbano, aplicar\u00e1n las normas supletorias contenidas en el art\u00edculo 28 quinquies de la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones. Estas normas tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n aplicables cuando se declare la nulidad total o parcial de un Plan Regulador Comunal o Seccional. Por el contrario, las normas supletorias contenidas en el art\u00edculo 28 quinquies de la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones, no ser\u00e1n aplicables en las \u00e1reas de extensi\u00f3n urbana establecidas por un Plan Regulador Intercomunal o Metropolitano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<details id=\"e-n-accordion-item-1521\"
